EVERY WEEK,
please remember the following:
Scoring:
When scoring the ONE person holds the board & scores the WHOLE game with the other person observing.
The scorer is also responsible to tell our coach that players on either team DO NOT take the court until they are signed on (as they will NOT be covered with insurance if anything was to happen)
Even if the hooter at admin goes the game DOES NOT START until BOTH TEAMS have signed on.
The team who wins is responsible for the return of the board to the admin building.
Game Fee’s:
Please fill out both the top and the bottom of each form, one being for your records the bottom half to be filled out EVERY WEEK and returned with the correct money in the provided bag to any Exec member.
Court Cleanliness:
WE ARE responsible for our area during & after the game!
Please make sure ALL rubbish is put in the provided bins at the end of your game before leaving.
