All financial members may attend however voting rights is restricted to financial club delegates, life members and executive.

All positions on the executive and committees will become vacant. Nominations for positions will be taken prior to the AGM.

Following the AGM the first Council meeting for the 2018 season will take place – time permitting.

As this time of year does attract mosquitoes we suggest you bring your own repellent however we will have some on hand if needed.
